I live in Amsterdam, where I was born and raised. From a young age I felt a strong connection to the Light or the Divine. But as a sensitive soul I struggled to feel at home in the world. In my early twenties I started to practice Transformative Yoga, a path of realising the Self through the body. I became a yoga teacher in 2009 and have been teaching ever since.

Yoga taught me to feel more connected to my body and more centred within myself. It also sparked my interest in the human energy field and its relationship to the physical body. I further deepened my knowledge of this by taking different courses in energy work and healing.

In 2021 my heart was drawn to the Emerald Heart Light and Harriët Kroon. She worked with me to energetically repair my grounding (earth links). During a healing process of more than a year I was able to release many old fears and resolve deep issues around feeling safe in my body and on earth. Because of my own profound experience with the Emerald Heart Light I decided to train with Alexandra Meyn to become a Divine Plan Healing Practitioner in 2023.

Through the Divine Plan Healing and the Emerald Heart Light my own unique Divine Plan continues to unfold. It helps me to fully remember and embody my Divine Essence. I am very happy to be able to share this beautiful healing method with others as well.
